Krea Adds Seedance 2.5 to Generate 30-Second 4K Videos

Design platform Krea has expanded its multi-model video workspace by integrating Seedance 2.5, a new model developed by ByteDance's BytePlus Global. The model is available immediately at krea.ai/video/seedance-2-5. Its standout feature is the ability to generate a 30-second, 4K video clip in a single continuous pass, doubling the 15-second native limit of Seedance 2.0. This single-take capability represents the longest uninterrupted output currently available among major video generation models.

For creative professionals, this update addresses the common issue of visual inconsistency caused by stitching together multiple short clips. Seedance 2.5 supports up to 50 multimodal reference inputs per generation, which includes up to 30 images, 10 video clips, and 10 audio files. This is a significant increase from the approximately 12 reference inputs allowed in Seedance 2.0. This expanded capacity allows users to feed detailed character designs, specific locations, product shots, and audio tracks into a single generation to maintain strict consistency.

The model also introduces a 3D white-model blockout tool. This feature lets animators lock in camera positions and staging using rough, untextured geometry before the model renders the final scene. Additionally, Seedance 2.5 features native audio generation where voice, music, or sound effects drive the video's pacing and lip-syncing. The audio tool supports 11 languages, including English, Spanish, Japanese, and Arabic.

By adding Seedance 2.5, Krea positions the model alongside other major tools in its unified workspace, including Veo 3.1, Kling, Runway, and Sora 2. While the model promises high-end 4K output, official pricing details have not yet been confirmed, and independent benchmarks are still pending. Practitioners are advised to test the model against real project briefs before fully integrating it into their production pipelines.
